After earning a degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM in Los Angeles, Crystal has had an incredible 20-year career in insurance and accounting; she understands the challenges small & midsize businesses experience and is passionate about helping businesses in Oklahoma grow & thrive in the community.  She is people-oriented, service-minded, brings creativity, and a lot of fun to CDA.  And even though she grew up in a small town outside of Lake Tahoe in northern California you can't miss her southern drawl and infectious laugh!

 Crystal and her husband, Andrew, live in the Deer Creek area of Edmond with their daughter's Hannah and Ella, plus the real rulers of the house- dogs Remmi (Black Lab) and Hope (Golden Retriever). On weekends you can find them attending OSU football games, bingeing some Netflix, or enjoying the company of friends/family.
